What if the size doesn't fit? If the size doesn't fit, you can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the item, provided the product is unused and in original condition. (See Return Policy)

What are your delivery charges? • Inside Dhaka: ৳70 • Dhaka Suburban: ৳100 • Outside Dhaka: ৳130 • Express Delivery (Dhaka only): ৳100 (must confirm before 11:00 AM)

Do you offer same-day delivery? Yes! We offer same-day express delivery in Dhaka for ৳100. The order must be confirmed before 11:00 AM on that day.

What payment methods are accepted? We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, and online payments via card or mobile banking.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes, COD is available for all locations across Bangladesh.
Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange a product? Yes, products can be exchanged if they are unused, unwashed, and returned within 3 days of delivery. Returns are accepted only in case of damage, defect, or wrong delivery.
