  1. How do I place an order? You can place your order directly on our website or through our Facebook/Instagram pages by messaging us with the product name, size, and delivery address.

  2. How can I check if my order is confirmed? Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation message via SMS, Messenger, or WhatsApp with your order details.

  3. Do you offer custom sizes or designs? Currently, we do not offer custom sizing or designs. All products are made according to our standard size chart and design specifications.

Sizing

  1. How do I choose the right size? We recommend checking our size chart before ordering. If you're unsure, feel free to message us—we'll guide you based on your height and weight.

  2. Do you have a size chart? Yes! Our size chart is available on every product page or can be sent via inbox upon request.

  3. What if the size doesn't fit? If the size doesn't fit, you can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the item, provided the product is unused and in original condition. (See Return Policy)

Shipping & Delivery

  1. How long does delivery take? • Inside Dhaka: 2–3 working days • Dhaka Suburban: 2–3 working days • Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days

  2. What are your delivery charges? • Inside Dhaka: ৳70 • Dhaka Suburban: ৳100 • Outside Dhaka: ৳130 • Express Delivery (Dhaka only): ৳100 (must confirm before 11:00 AM)

  3. Do you offer same-day delivery? Yes! We offer same-day express delivery in Dhaka for ৳100. The order must be confirmed before 11:00 AM on that day.

Payment

  1. What payment methods are accepted? We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, and online payments via card or mobile banking.

  2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes, COD is available for all locations across Bangladesh.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. Can I return or exchange a product? Yes, products can be exchanged if they are unused, unwashed, and returned within 3 days of delivery. Returns are accepted only in case of damage, defect, or wrong delivery.

  2. How do I start a return or exchange? Contact us via Facebook, WhatsApp, or email within 3 days of receiving the item. Share your order number and a photo if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Product & Care

  1. How should I wash Fellas clothing? We recommend gentle wash in cold water, preferably inside out. Avoid using harsh detergents or bleach to preserve color and fabric quality.

  2. What kind of fabric do you use? All Fellas products are made from premium fabrics—including combed cotton, double PK cotton, jacquard, and more—designed for comfort, durability, and style.
