Refund policy
At Fellas, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If your item isn't quite right, we're here to assist with a smooth return or exchange experience.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange
To qualify for a return, exchange, or refund:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Tags, packaging, and accessories (if any) must remain intact.
- Products may be tried on for fit but should show no signs of wear.
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be returned in its original condition, including invoice, barcode tag (if provided), and packaging.
- Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
- No exchange or refund will be accepted for products purchased at 50% or more discount, or those on Flash Sale.
Valid Reasons for Return/Replacement
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- Received a damaged or defective product.
- Incorrect product sent.
- Design issues (e.g. front/back print mismatch, wrong placement, or incorrect design).
- Color mismatch.
- Size mismatch, only if the product size does not match the invoice. (If the size on the invoice and the delivered product match, refund or exchange will not be granted.)
How to Request a Return or Exchange

If applicable, share clear pictures of the issue (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
After receiving your item, we will inspect it. If the claim is valid, we will exchange the product or initiate a refund.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only after successful quality verification of the returned product.
- If your requested exchange item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Please note: o Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refund unless paid in advance due to technical issues. o Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable. o In case of accidental double payments, the excess amount will be refunded.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
