  • Orders are confirmed after successful verification via call, SMS, Messenger, or WhatsApp.
  • Fellas reserves the right to cancel any unverified orders.

3. Pricing

  • All prices shown are final and inclusive of VAT (if applicable).
  • Prices may change due to promotions or other adjustments without prior notice.

4. Payment

  • We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, and secure online payments.
  • For online payments, your order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery time and charges depend on your location (see Shipping Info).
  • Express delivery in Dhaka is available for an extra charge and must be confirmed before 11 AM.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Return & Exchange

  • You may return or exchange products within 3 days if they meet our Return Policy criteria.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.
  • Flash sale items or discounts of 50% or more are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Product Descriptions

  • We strive to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate.
  • Slight color variation (5–10%) may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website and social media (logos, designs, photos, product names) is the property of Fellas Fashion and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Campaigns & Offers

  • Special offers and free delivery promotions are limited-time only and subject to terms and availability.
  • Campaign rules and product eligibility will be mentioned clearly during each promotion.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Fellas reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
  • Delivery location is inaccessible
  • The customer has a history of policy abuse
